Only 1 star so I could leave this review. I have been here multiple times as I both live and work here. Service has been marginal at best and for the last time I was given a breakfast order completely cold at 5:30 in the morning how is this possible At least they are consistent in that regard 👍

The employees are very rude and this guy even had something to say to my friend for asking him a question and there was these 2 people in the kitchen hugging and all over each other they wasn’t wearing gloves or anything and honestly they take forever to get food to you and when they bring a drink it’s only half way full and seems like they top it off with water it’s not very good and my food is always sloppy and the manger had to bring 3 of our items because the girl was trying to be on her phone and not pay attention I just went today and this is what they gave me a Big Mac missing a patty and a bun then took 20 minutes to bring me one after remaking it they left it setting in the bagging station

If you go to this McDonald’s, I would not recommend dealing with the manager, her name is Veronica. for starters she got my order wrong and didn’t give me the sauce that I already paid .25 cents for. When I went to ask for the sauce, I took my receipt and showed her that I paid and didn’t give me what I paid for. She was extremely rude for no reason and she tried to charge me again. When I told her I’m not paying for something that I’ve already bought she threatened to call the law on me and have me kicked out. She is the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with and it surprises me that she even has the job. The other manager on duty, Shawn, came up, checked my receipt and give me the sauce packets. My daughter wasn’t feeling the best this morning so we took her to her favorite place ever lol. McDonald’s. We ordered her a 6 Piece Happy Meal with apple slices and fries and BBQ and Ranch. Her favorites. We got our order and to no surprise at all we didn’t recieve ANY sauce. Not a big deal, we always go up to the counter and ask if we can have some and they’re usually pretty generous. Today was not that! The lady manger Veronica was very rude. She gave my husband 1 sauce knowing it was for my daughter’s Happy Meal. Granted it is just sauce! It’s not a big deal! That wasn’t the point! It’s the simple fact of you get what you pay for! And we paid for at least 2! She wanted to charge each individual packet for 25 Cents! And I get it! Profit! 💯 Valid! Placed online order, went to location.saw employee outside smoking. I Waited over 20 mins and no one took my order number, the doors where locked during business hours and the phone number on the windows isn't answering. So they took my money, provided no food, and are ignoring my calls. Isn't this stealing my money
