A small mishap like picking up your mobile phone order inside as opposed to drive through shouldn’t add 12 minutes to the time, also my fries were not only cold but stale as hell and all short butts like it was the bottom of the tray. Really disappointed today. I eat here frequently and it’s usually not this bad. 4 basket of fries were beeping but I still got gross old fries.

Here’s a pro tip. When the rude Haitian cashier gives you attitude and lies saying the ice cream machine is down, just pull into a parking spot, order ice cream on the app, and pull back around as say you’re picking up an online order. Sure enough! Ice cream machine seems to be totally fine now!

Most of the time all orders are right. They're fast for a busy area. Sometimes there's only one person working both speakers.

Very personable and friendly drive through window staff. The only thing they could improve is automatically adding napkins and ketchup packets to bags.

The quality of the fry was no fresh. The Big Mac didn’t look like a Big Mac people needed more training to properly prepare the meal. The black girl at the counter ( no discrimination, I just don’t know her name ) NEEDS to learn to smile and proper manners. Exe Hello and thank you. Or welcome. While waiting for the food her face was no pleasant and don’t welcome person when approached. Neither when bringing the food to the customer. The customer thanks her and she didn’t respond. Please employees people with proper knowledge and matter.
