I absolutely love coming to Cold Stone Creamery! From the moment you walk in, the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones just pulls you in. The ice cream is incredibly rich and creamy, and I love watching them mix in the toppings right on the frozen stone. It feels personalized and fun every single time. The variety of flavors and toppings means I can try something new on every visit, but somehow I always end up falling back to my favorites because they’re just that good. The staff is always friendly and patient, even when I take forever deciding. If you’re an ice cream lover like me, this place is pure happiness in a cup (or cone). Definitely one of my goto dessert spots! 🍦

I had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very patient while taking my order. They made the whole experience enjoyable. My absolute favorite is the **Birthday Cake Remix** ice cream. The combination of cake batter ice cream, brownie pieces, rainbow sprinkles, and fudge is amazing. It’s always fresh, creamy, and perfectly mixed. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious ice cream. I’ll definitely be coming back again!🤩

With Cold Stone Creamery – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉 for leaving this review 😂 so if you want to ruin a child’s day on their birthday order a cake from @coldstonecremery #ColdStoneCreamery I ordered a kids cake a week in advance like I was told and they NEVER MADE IT. Do not ever go to this facility. I ordered a cake a week in advance and was supposed to pick it up on my son’s birthday. They never made it. To make things worse they didn’t offer to do anything for my son and we were there on his birthday. They just refunded me and gave me attitude.  they did however offer that I could grab a bigger freezer burnt cake that’s been sitting in their freezer without an additional charge. The cake i ordered was already paid for and cleared with my credit card company.

this is the second time i’ve been i’ve come in and no one is up front and this time tonight I was about waiting about 10 minutes no one came up to take my order I was about to leave when a group came in and I informed them i’ve been standing here without being helped for a while. Both times it was an indian kid but not the same one. No apologies no nothing I understand no one wants to work but don’t make people feel like they are bothering you for a job you signed up for. I could hear the person on the phone in the back yet the bathroom break sign was up.

Warning! DO NOT come to this cold stone store in Newington, NH 03801. There is a middle Eastern(dark skin) skinny male employee who is super unprofessional and extremely rude.👎🏻He dropped the stuff many times in front of the customers and yelled at one of the customers. His English is very poor and very clumsy at work. 👎🏻He was being extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. He even didn’t wear gloves while scooping the ice cream. This male employee is NOT competent at his job at all. He MUST be FIRED immediately.👎🏻
