Good service, clean bathrooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Food exactly as you expect from McDonalds. The quintessential Floridian McD's experience, would stop again.

Stopped by this location for breakfast on our way to do some fishing around 6am on a Saturday. The young man at the drive thru window was very nice and polite. He greeted us and asked how we were doing! Even asked if we're doing some fishing today and said good luck and to enjoy our day. You just don't find this kind of service anymore..We bought a bag of ice and actually started driving off when he yell to us..sir! Your ice...lol. Thank you young man for being kind! Keep up the great service!!!

I come to this McDonald's almost every day for my breakfast. My stage four cancer patient disabled and I cannot stand out doors or stand for more than 15 or so minutes I've made a review. I've called these people and they tell me if people don't show up, then that's it. Well, I've been waiting outside for almost an hour now. They know I'm out here and they're leaving me out here. No one has said anything to me. I'll be reaching out to headquarters and see if they can do anything

I placed an online order for McDonald's in Mulberry, Florida. I arrived in about 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving, I was told to park and they will bring the food out. 15-20 minutes later, someone brought out my order and I simply asked why an online order took forever. The guy looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is absolutely wrong and I have been trying to go back to MacDonald's more since they are working to get prices lower, but this tells me that prices are still well elevated and customer service is non existent. Even though that branch in mulberry is much closer for me, I will not go back there. Please make me this right. Thank you, Vance Hamilton

The manager Francisco was very polite professional and helpful thank you for coming up with a solution to the problem!! And kept it very professional and polite even though I was a little upset! Great job Francisco 😊 he is the reason I'm giving five stars
