McDonald's

I love this McDonald's! I honestly don't understand why it gets so much hate. It's in Mount Pocono yes, but there's never any service problems that I've ever experienced and I've been going there at least once a week for years. I went the other morning, got my breakfast stuff and continued on my way like I always do. No problems. Just how I like it. Thank you guys for the great service. Your staff really deserves to be recognized for how awesome they are! Especially your morning staff!

Had an issue with an uber order. Came in and spoke with Monica. She was incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service. Although they were very busy and hectic, she took the time to focus on my concern and fixed it immediately. She is amazing and needs to be praised!!

Who ever hector is that works at night makes McDonald’s , Mcdonalds. Patient, respectful, A ideal employee. He deserves a raise.i personally had a death in the family and didn’t have time to eat. He made what seemed to be a dark place, more enjoyable. Thank you hector for being kind!!!

So I don't generally do this because what's the point, it's more for me to just vent out my high blood pressure (over something so stupid, yet beyond frustrating to me!) I just want to put it out there for those who may not know, These people serve their fish sandwich with a HALF a piece of cheese! & If you ask for extra cheese FOR $0.99 they then give you a full piece!!! So your saying i'm paying $11 for your meal & I'm only getting a half a piece of cheese!!! On top of that you're paying $7or$8 I think for only the sandwich & you're only getting a half a piece of cheese! what is happening McDonald'd?! It is the holidays as well, I know customer service, & for me & in my day & even now I try to actually HELP the customer & just give them a great day (what I was taught) (NOT ON ALL C

Matt's the guy. He's the best and needs to be promoted to manager The one who took our order somewhere around 9:18pm January 31 2026 however..... Yikes. Perhaps he should just quit since he clearly hates his life working there :/
