McDonald's

Customer service definitely sucks here! I seen my order ready from where I was sitting. It sat there for a good 5 mins. Then I got up and walked to the door way that leads to the kitchen said excuse me two times and asked if I could have my food. Food was cold. This is the 2nd time I've been here and the last time I will go to this McDonald's.

Extremely rude employee I asked if i could order up front as i dont know how to use machine and been standing there for 5 minutes. Man came to take my order, rude employee stated i need to wait longer and pulled employee away from register Power trip is hilarious. Keep them nuggets!

They had me pull up to wait I reminded them to please put hot mustard sauce in there. 11 mins later still waiting finally brought me my food and drive home, guess what's not in there and fries were still undercooked .you guys stink.

I visited on August 29, 2025, around 3 PM. Disappointed with the service at this location. At the pay window the young male employee had his personal phone playing music, didn’t make eye contact, and didn’t say a single word, just stuck his hand out for my card. No greeting, no communication, not even a “have a nice day.” Mind you, this is the second time I had this encounter with this specific employee. At the pickup window the young female employee was kind and polite, which I appreciated. However, I asked to speak with the manager due to the poor service at the pay window. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. From past experiences, this manager consistently shows a lack of concern or leadership and it really shows in how the team operates. Very rude when I called asking if they were running again because they had an outage when I visited an hour prior to the call. The person who answered sighed and said they guess. Employees there don’t seem to enjoy there job which is fine but don’t take it out on customers.
