McDonald's

I wish there was a lower rating. Waited over a half an hour on Sunday night to get 10 nugs and a quarter pounder. Everything was cold. Tasted awful. Service was awful, disrespectful, rude. The place was empty and every table was disgusting and had ketchup and crumbs on it. People that work here need to realize that its there job, no one asked them to work at a McDonald's, id assume its not glamorous but the least they could do is try. Ill never come back here until its tore down and no longer stands. Then ill come back and fire up a weber grill on the ruins of what was once a flourishing establishment, and cook a cheeseburger worth eating, not something I'd feed to a stray dog.

We wanted to use a code a few moments ago, and the woman at the window couldn’t figure out how to enter the code and we ended up wasting our McDonald’s points and she hadn’t offered any resolution or anything to rectify it. Then when we reached the order’s window, the kid at the window asked if the order was ours, and when we said yes, he closed the window on us without giving us our food. 0/10 stars if I could leave that review, this was the worst service I’ve received at a McDonald’s.

Slow and rude service. It appears there is no more “fast” food at Merrill McDonald’s. Orders take a very long time and are wrong at an alarming rate. The lady at the window would not say a word to me and this has been my experience more than once at this location. The downfall of customer service at this location is astounding.

Order is virtually always wrong, staff is always rude when I go. Today was the last straw. I was raised to say "sir" and "ma'am" as a term of respect. When I said "yes ma'am" when asked if ready to order I was informed they refused to serve me for using gender terminology. So, if I can't be allowed to be myself, I won't give my business and will decry McDonald's to the end of time to all who listen.

I think it is really great hiring people with disabilities. However, when they do not understand how to ring up the order....maybe put them in a different position. I love McDonald's French fries...not so much here. Cold, barely salted. My hot tea was good. I was handed a cup of hot water, I opened the envelope and put the tea bag into the hot water. Delicious.
