Broses is local and want to support any local business however not satisfied with quality of flowers or the arrangement. Received initial bouquet which was poorly arranged, sparse and not attractive. Called Broses and received outstanding customer service. Spoke to designer. Apologies made and new arrangement sent out immediately. The new arrangement was an improvement. One dozen roses, however most roses were already fully opened. The online site shows such beautiful arrangement and the cost of flowers I do expect much greater quality. Many times people who receive flowers fail to remark to sender when they don't receive quality . I do appreciate the outstanding customer service. I will give them another try though because the are local and have seen some of their past work.

Ordering online was easy. Prompt and courtesy service when I called to follow up with a mistake I had made while placing order online. Delivery was fast and flower arrangement was beautiful. Exceptional service on all levels. Would highly recommend Brose's Flower Center!
