There’s a reason this location only has a 2-star rating on Yelp! Husband went through drive through tonight and ordered two meals. I couldn’t even eat my Mccrispy chicken sandwich. I tried one bite but it was nasty. It iwas burnt beyond crisp and smelled terrible! It was literally black and looked old like it had been refried two or three times in the same oil. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady who answered and told her that it was inedible and the oil had to be old so whomever was cooking needed to immediately change the oil or people were gonna end up getting sick from it. Her response was not I’m sorry” or anything one would expect. Instead, she asked “do you want to come back tonight?” I said no, I wanted to let you know because it’s literally burned to a blackened stat

This was my first visit to this McDonald’s, and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was impressively clean, and the customer service exceeded expectations—friendly, efficient, and attentive. My food was freshly prepared and ready in under five minutes. A refreshingly smooth experience!

Walked in to find inconsiderate employees whose priority was only the drive thru... unable to use a chaos because my kids need things plain due to allergies. .. They made me wait more than a 1/2. Dozen orders in front of me through the drive through and then switch cashiers Who then made me wait again? i've had this problem in the past with maple valley ✋️ manager... Her only response is she must keep the drive through going well. What about us who decide to watch the and enjoy the establishment?

The food quality was extremely disappointing! The buns were burnt, they did not get the order right even after repeating it twice back to me. I was halfway home, until I seen how they messed up on my order. Took the food back, they supposedly remade the food, they still did not make it right! It should not matter what you order from the menu! Make it exactly how it is ADVERTISED! Instead they just slop it together like you are a dog eating dog food! I am done with these fast food restaurants!

Ok, I dont usually post a poor review for anywhere but, this one has to be done. I wish I would've taken pics of our food. My boyfriend ordered 2 filet o' fish with extra cheese. He got NO cheese. I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe. I got 3/4 of the way through my burger and realized it was still pink inside. My stomach is still not right 6 days later. On top of that, there were high school kids there, not a big deal, except they were being obnoxious. The boys had drug a girl into the boys bathroom. There was a lot of horse play. We also had a boy approach us and ask for fries. There was no manager around or at least if there was they were not doing anything about their restaurant being in total chaos. Only a couple of the kids had actually bought food there. The rest had brought in foo
