McDonald’s

The staff working tonight, Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 7:03 p.m. were absolutely helpful, friendly and presented themselves well.

My and I asked for a sweet tea with lemonade and on the screen it said unsweet tea and when I asked the young girl about it she said that no sir it will be sweet tea with lemonade . We got home and it was unsweet tea with no lemonade….. I tell you good help is hard to find

Every time my children and I have been to this McDonald’s they have messed up our order, not just by a little, but literally every part of the order was wrong so you’re probably asking yourself why I keep going to the same location well that’s simply because I think that maybe they might be training the people that messed up the order or maybe they were just in a super hurry and very busy But it’s been time and time again that they never ever get it right the manager at night has an attitude about fixing the order every single time and it’s not until I mention calling customer service that she adjusts the attitude a bit. Either which way I’m very displeased with the service and the food quality of this location someone needs to do something about this ASAP new management, please!

Unfortunately off to a bad start whoever the owner is you should heavily invest in some good workers who value customers. My wife was given raw chicken and didn't want to give her a refund.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s franchise I’ve ever been to. I’m disappointed because it opened right next to my house but literally every time I’ve gone here my order is wrong and the food quality below the usual standard.
