10/28/2025 False advertising for the monopoly rewards as they are no longer giving the pieces out, they didn't give me any pieces for hashbrowns or the large coffee. Also didnt recive digital piece, Team members and manager claim they don't have any available, and that the rewards are no longer available.

Waited outside for mobile order for 2omin. after we got there. Finally tired of waiting I went in and inquired about my order and they said oh we had it bagged up like it was a doordash order.....my food was not hot amd they act liked they did nothing wrong......never goung back to the McDonald's in Louisburg NC.......Don't make no sence.......UNACCEPTABLE.......

Just paid for fries and a quarter pounder. Recieved a bun with a patty inside, nothing else. It's been a while since I've been here because it always sucks. Won't ever go back. You'd think it was rocket science.

An expiration sticker was found inside of my daughter’s burger. Be careful when eating here. As of today, I have yet to hear from the owner after contacting them as well as corporate several times.

Terrible place. Never get orders correct or they are out of what you want to order!!!!! No need to call them because they will never answer the phone!!
