McDonald's

This is our nearest McDonald’s so we come here quite often and I don’t know why we keep punishing ourselves. Tonight was yet another in long list of disappointing meals. As you can see in the picture the large fries were basically half full and undercooked, the lettuce was almost nonexistent on the burgers we ordered and the meat on the burger tasted old and reheated. They are always forgetting to put things from our order in the bag. One time I ordered a happy meal and they actually forgot to put the meat on the burger. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It might be time to stop going.

Update: This time, there was METAL in our sweet tea! This location is a disgrace. Eating here is an hazard TO YOUR LIFE!!! Not only do they always give me biscuits if I order McGriddles, every time I go here it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. This morning I went to get an egg and cheese McGriddle, and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and when I got home both had meat on them. I couldn’t eat it because I don’t eat meat! McDonald’s really needs higher standards for employees because why are so many people unable to read and comprehend what they’re making?

I have been comin to this McDonalds for probably about 15 years and as far back as i can remember, they only put your sauces in the bag at the drive through maybe 25% of the time and that is being generous. I mean genuinely how hard is it to read a screen and fill a bag with what it says on the screen? Craziest part is they are never busy when im going through the drive thru. Maybe one or two other cars at a time max. Its sad. You need the sauce for your meal bruh.

Being handed a food bag out the window by an employee who not only did not even look in my direction but had her head turned to another employee having a conversation in Spanish is not what I would consider a acceptable interaction with a paying customer. No hello No thank you No anything other than a hand holding a bag. I do not expect a 5 star or white glove service at McDonalds but I do not expect to have ZERO acknowledgment. 8:20 am Saturday morning Feb 14 2026 in case anyone in management cares to take any corrective action. Ordered food for my dad and I on the mobile app. Fries were limp and soft. I also ordered an extra McCrispy Patty but they never put it in my burger. If it’s fries, I understand but honestly I was happy just expecting to have a my double patty. I got home and was very disappointed. The lettuce and mayo isn’t even under the burger bun. *Update* Two bites into this McCrispy. Tastes awful. The mayo doesn’t even taste like Mayo and the chicken patty isn’t even edible. Unbelievable.
