People don't come there to be talked down to or argued with, Nelsha. Why go out of your way to make things unpleasant or a bad experience imstead of just answering a simple question - "are those the reusable holiday cups"? Its not that serious, but your attitude is. Its also unnecessary. Drink today sucked also. Theres a theme with this place, in that the ONLY consistency found, is a lack of professionalism, bad service and subpar drinks and food. You can go to any other Starbucks and the service drinks and food are so much better and on point. I dont know why thiz one always misses and just sucks and I wish it wasn't in my travel path, but it is always a reminder to keep driving and detour to the non sucky Starbucks next time. Sad, isnt it. But thats what I am always left with after comin

My coffee tasted great but was not hot. The inside was nice and clean. I will try again next week. Once they learn the ropes and work out the bugs.

Whoever christina jones is in this review is just lying . The man in the drivethrough kody is always the best, people don’t need to be overly sweet to give great service I come here everyday with my sister and he’s great the drinks always taste amazing and my sister always spends extra and adds so many extra things he always gets it right !

I don't understand how the young man that works.The afternoon shifts stands in the drive through.He wears a hat.I'm sorry I did not catch his name.But he is never friendly.You pull up to the speaker he says hello. Not one time does he say how are you?Can I take your order?What can I help you with. You get to the window, he hands you your order.And that is, it no, thank you no have a great day.Nothing. i don't know. How he's been there as long as he has.That is so unprofessional. I frequent Starbucks probably too much.And every time I come here it's the same type of personality. Such a shame. Someone should really speak with him about his demeanor an unprofessionalism.

Very contemporary. Not many people but clearly a high quantity of mobile pickups. Staff was very friendly and the sausage biscuits were excellent
