Wilderness Branch Library

Customer service is seriously lacking. Rude librarians and have no customer service skills. Would rather buy or rent books online than go back.

Clean and quiet. A setting of peacefulness, the kind of place to go and get inspired or read a book! What a nice little library. A gentle surprise.

This is the first time I visit this library, the librarian helped me from the small things to the pin/ password of the account, even the event of the library. I went to the library just because my school library closed at 12. It’s wonderful to stay in this cool area. Thank you 😊

I have been going to this library since I was a kid, and I love it. The library staff is so kind. If you need recommendations or help looking for something specific, they are more than happy to offer assistance. There are so many different resources available there as well. Walking in and seeing books everywhere and the librarians gently smiling, it feels comforting coming here.

Always ready to help the patrons in locating books, ladies restroom is always spotless too! They are meticulous about calling when a hold has become available to check out. Definately enjoy the quiet areas too!!
