McDonald's

Mine was a delivery order so I can’t rate the their service or atmosphere. The uber delivery driver was great and I received my order quickly, but the food was prepared in a very sloppy manner and fries were made from old grease and cold. My quarter pounder with bacon had 3 very small pieces of bacon and the meat patty was burnt. The “medium” fries we received were more like small fries. It’s no wonder this store has such a low rating.

I bought a breakfast sandwich from this McDonalds on Sunday, after eating half the sandwich I found red stuff. Don’t even know what it is and the egg was gray!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered one mcflurry and it took 15 minutes to make and 5 minutes to deliver in my hands. Two managers were on moving very slow knowing there was six customers who were surprisingly very patient not causing any fuss they even took so long someone took a door dash order without paying because of the wait while on manager was taking notes while busy and the other young curly haired manager never looked over to help us and was standing in one spot the entire time. With no enthusiasm what so ever. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's. I've worked at McDonald's for fifteen years and every person should be fired or talk to because that is unacceptable behavior. I had the worst McDonalds experience to date here. The staff refuses to acknowledge anyone at the front and my food sat there while I looked at it for about 15 minutes. My fries are cold and my ice cream is melted.

So sick of the poor quality. I order only fish filet sandwiches. The sauce is usually not enough and only on one side of the sandwich, leaving the other side dry. Today I ordered extra sauce and this is how I received my sandwich. Come on, you have to do better! Ridiculous!
