Great hospitality , careful attention was directed to the consumer in the drive through per standard fashion. A tall order of two sharmrock shakes - small in proportion to be placed in a medium cold drink cup with the dome shaped lids. The fluids were filled in their entirety.

The McDonald’s in Lee, MA was surprisingly unpleasant. The entire place felt dirty and unkempt, and the food was below par—even by fast food standards. For a chain known for consistency, this location really missed the mark. Would not return.

Not a review for McDonald’s but for Becky. She gets 5 stars! It’s unfortunate that McDonald’s makes it difficult to provide feedback for locations or employees on their website. If they did I’d say what a polite and helpful person she is. Ordered a soda at the drive through and she saw it was too watery. Gave us a few options for another soda instead. It’s nice to see someone who takes care in her job as she does. She saved what could have been a usual bad drive through experience at a McDonald’s.

Walked in and was surprised at how dirty the place was! Food and trash on the tables, spills and trash on the floor, trash can overflowing. Ordered at kiosk, there were no placards with numbers, but our order had a number printed on it. They didn't prepare our Fanta frozen drink, and when I pointed this out, they said they only had one flavor (which was the flavor I ordered). Was there for 45 minutes, store was not busy but employees never made an attempt at cleaning. Very disappointing!

An embarrassment to food service and a disgrace to the Berkshires. There are very few quick options for grabbing a bite throughout the Berkshires and this locations being right off the pike should be a model of quality and efficiency. Instead it’s barely functional. Wait times in excess of 15 minutes are not unheard of. Orders are more often wrong than right, and you’re not even waiting for fresh food in most cases, but cold hard food that’s going right in the trash. Skip this location at all costs. Until it’s under new ownership and the entire staff is replaced it should be avoided at all costs.
