MINT, INDIAN LAKESIDE DINING & BAR

A true gem! We stopped in during a four-hour drive and happened upon a buffet. It was a packed house, and we were lucky to get a table. The food never ran low, was replenished frequently, and always tasted fresh and fragrant. I'm often inclined to skip restaurants attached to hotels and inns, and I'm glad we took a chance on Mint. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel very welcome, even in the middle of a buffet lunch rush. I recommend stopping in if you're ever in the area!

Six of us enjoyed great meals at Mint, everyone thought the food was great! We started with apps of vegetable sampler and onion pakora (great). We shared Bharta, Salmon Meen Moilee, Vegetable Korma (amazing sauce), Chicken chettinad, Palak Kofta and Palak Kofta. The food was extremely flavorful! The Naan breads and basamati rice was also very good. They offer a full bar as well. I highly recommend Mint.

The dinner I ate there was absolutely phenomenal. Indian food is a favorite of mine as a vegetarian and I’ve had a lot of Chana masala but this was the best I’ve had! So flavorful and not too spicy. Wish I lived in the area I’d order this all the time!

We are visiting from Austin and tried Mint for dinner. This place has excellent food at a great price! Chicken Korma was some of the best I’ve ever had and naan was cooked so well. Everything we ordered was very good. Staff made a lamb chop dish on accident and offered the huge platter to us at no charge simply because they didn’t want the food to go to waste! Great experience here at Mint. We will definitely be back and urge you to give it a try!

Outstanding Indian cuisine, warm gracious service, delicious good sized entrees that are yummy. Very reasonable pricing nice Indian sauvignon blanc wine.
