Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. A bag was handed to us soaked in grease and the employee looked at it, said oh well, and still handed it over. My husband’s double quarter pounder was almost falling out of the box, and when he bit into it, it was raw. Pics of both are attatched. My chicken sandwich was at least somewhat edible, but disappointingly cold and rubbery.
I went in just for a coffee, but walked out with a Job? The manager Miss Kim , let me talk to the GM , which her name is Mrs. Dana! And I have since started working and I absolutely love the atmosphere and majority of the people? Management staff is absolutely wonderful!
Ordered the $5.00 Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich value meal. The chicken was delicious the only thing that was wrong was how over sauced the Sandwich was. Sauce above and below that even when scraped off it was super wet, five napkin wet. Staff was super friendly.
Went thru the driver thru. Had to pull up and wait a few minutes. A quarter pounder with cheese was forgotten. I pulled back around let them know, waited a few minutes , given my burger. Got home was eating and not looking directly at the burger . Didn't taste right. It was raw. So no dinner tonight.
Ordered a quarter pounder Friday, Nov 14. Got the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. Called to let them know what happened out of concern, they let me hit voicemail and ignored my voice message. I no longer trust the 64 and Canada rd location, will be telling everyone I know to AVOID
