Visited this location today 11/13. I was soo discombobulated this morning, by the time l got to the window l noticed l hadn’t even ordered until l had got to the window. The lady was sooo kind and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service this morning.

Made an order at Starbucks, the ice matcha latte. Was so excited for the drink, because I had been thinking about it. Got to the window and they gave me my drink looking like this! Without mixing it properly, and not thinking about remaking it. The girl who handed me the drink didn’t say anything. Just gave the drink and walked away. I waited at the drive thru window, wanting to ask them to remake it. But she never came to the window so I drove off. Usually, they’re always good at mixing the powder. But today, they’re having a bad day I assume. The next time I see my drink like this, I will stay at the window asking them to remake me another one. This tastes very bad, bitter and no kind of sweetness. Look at the clumps they left behind in my drink. Got home and emptied it down the kitchen

My iced matcha latte had too much ice but the barista fixed it for me so I was very happy. My matcha latte tasted so great too 🥰

Service was great, I didn't eat but my drink was flawless. Unless you consider the high price a flaw. Honestly it's been probably twenty years since I was last in a Starbucks, prior to this. Perhaps the chain has dialed their interior design way back in that time, or maybe it was simply a difference between this location and others I've been to. In any case, I found myself sort of disappointed with the lack of.. really, anything to look at inside.

My sisters initial order was incorrect and when she tried to get the attention of the person who prepared it, she was of ignored. She finally got the attention of another individual who corrected her order and apologized. The facility needs better cleaning as the seats had crumbs on several benches. .
