McDonald’s

Went into the dining room to order a tea. No employees were at the register. A manager was in back and seen me waiting to order but never sent an employee to take my order. Then an employee clocked in and another walked right past me. I swear whatever McDonald's I try to go too, there's always an issue. Wish I could give negative stars........

I haven’t really had a good experience here since it opened. I keep going back because it’s a lot closer to my house than the one in Jacksboro… but after tonight, ordering a Big Mac and getting a 10 piece McNuggets instead, I figure it’ll take as long to drive to the other one as it does to make two trips to this one to get something fixed. Wish it were better, it’s super useful having one so close to home. Just not worth the hassle anymore, though.

We went last night/ this morning at 12:34am We ordered: 1 McDouble, 20 Nuggets, 2 Large Fries, and 2 Large drinks. There were 4 young men working, that I could see. And I must say, THEY ROCKED! Everything was made just as it's supposed to be, all was freshly made, we had to wait on the fries and nuggets to cool a little. So, to the guys working the night shift.. Kudos to you, great job. 💯 😁❤️

Bad service long wait times for food sloppily put together and the shake machine is constantly broken

They recently just opened this location, and I've been there a handful of times. My soda is always flat and my fries were half full. The service was great though. I didn't wait long, and the employees were super friendly.
