Starbucks Coffee Company

I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis to pick up coffee for big groups and I wanted to take a moment to brag on them. Kat, Brittney, Gage and all the other folks I have met at this store are some of the friendliest/hardest working people I have ever met! They are always so welcoming and have even given awesome recommendations on new drinks to try. I would highly encourage anyone In the area to give this location a shot because they really are the best In the biz!!!

They are always friendly and willing to help. Kat and Zach both know me by name and tell me hello every time I go in. Kat even took the time to explain to me how to make a drink I like. A great staff here. Stop by the food city and go to the Starbucks and they will help you!!! I’ll be back like always!

Britney decided to argue with me telling me I did not want an iced coffee. I wanted a latte and I order the same drink at every time at multiple locations I said no thank you and walked away as her and the other clerk started laughing at me totally bad experience still got my coffee but I had to use the mobile app When I called to notify the management I talked briefly with Britney again she argued again and all I asked was for a manger then slammed the phone on me So if Britney is working just use the mobile app your day will be much better for it

Nicest baristas at any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. They always deliver hot stellar service and coffee! Wouldn’t get my coffee anywhere else. 😊

Sorriest Iced Shaken Espresso I have EVER had. I believe they ran the espresso through the same grounds 3 times. I was back on the road, so I didn’t go back to complain. But shame on them! I won’t go back.
