LaFollette Public Library

Not very impressed with the service provided here. We went to get a library card after canceling my kindle unlimited subscription, provided ID, and a piece of mail- with my full name and address that matched. We were then laughed at because it “needs to be local mail such as an electric bill, not junk mail”. It is out of our way, but we will happily utilize Caryville Public Library instead.

Mrs. Green was outstanding in her willingness to help. Very courteous and professional! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to fulfill my task! She was a delight to work with!

Great place to go check out books or use computer if your looking gor a quite setting. It's very quite n relaxing.

She honestly truly finds her happiness in helping others and especially without judgment im.not real smart but I am try to learn she very patient and understanding with me can almost feel he willing and I have never felt that she gives way more of herself than we deserve it a title that just doesn't get enough recognition can we change that
