Dirty and Unsafe Play Area I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s. The kids’ play area is extremely dirty — it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I’ve been coming here from time to time for the past two years, and it’s always the same. The floor is so filthy that after just ten minutes of play, my child’s socks are ruined. It’s honestly unsafe and unhygienic for kids. I’m begging the management to please clean and sanitize the play area — even just once! Kids deserve a clean, safe place to play.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the restaurant was very dirty. What’s worse is that orders are often incorrect. Today, we ordered two milkshakes — one vanilla and one strawberry — but both of them were clearly vanilla. When I pointed this out to the employee, she insisted that one was strawberry just because it looked slightly pink, even though it obviously tasted like vanilla. It was clear that they had run out of strawberry and filled it with vanilla instead. She then rudely closed the window and walked away without offering any help or solution. This location is almost always right on point with the breakfast items, especially the egg McMuffin. Location has transients from time to time. That is not McDonald's fault though. Service fluctuates depending on who is working that day from excellent to "why are you bothering me?" Overall the food here has been top notch the majority of the time.

28 minutes from the time on the receipt to receiving food. Drinks were both the wrong size and not labeled “diet” or “regular” coke. Staff hard to find. Tables dirty. On the plus side the food was good and there’s a nice play area, but overall they came off as extremely short staffed- not a good experience.

You might want to provide additional customer service training to your staff—especially the shorter gentleman who was working around 9:00 PM on February 27. The experience was disappointing, and I hope you address it to prevent similar issues in the future
