No soap dispenser in the men's restroom. 2 little things of lettuce on my big Mac. Employees try their best not to make eye contact so they won't have to fake be nice. Full price tho you can always count on that. Another awful McDonald's

Came here this morning for a quick breakfast, not very busy. I ordered at the kiosk got my number and went to sit down. After 15 minutes I went to see what was taking so long to get my food. An older lady asked me what I was looking for, I told her I had ordered 15 minutes ago I only ordered a sausage biscuit, hashbrown, and large iced coffee. The coffee was made but was just sitting behind the counter, she then bagged my food and handed it to me. Everyone including the management were on their phones. Even the cooks were texting while wearing gloves, this is just a disgrace. Sad to see what the American work force has become, yet they demand 20$ and hour the same or more than people working in industrial settings, what a joke. Terrible service, I ordered an Ice Coffee, a macchiato and they gave me pure garbage.

Hardly ever get all of my food. Stood inside one night for 15 minutes waiting to order. It was me and one other lady. I videoed the employees playing and thinking it was funny. When i finally made it home with the food, this is what i had and yet again, no nuggets!!

Great chicken and fries which was hot and fresh. I believe one of the employees sitting across from us was listening to our conversation. When we said something funny she a laughed...but was to be on her phone 🤣
