Jack's Family Restaurant

It was a long wait for our food but there were lots of people there and the staff were working hard. They deserve a raise. Everyone was so sweet. The hamburger buns were a bit dry and the food was a bit expensive.

We had another great breakfast! My wife and I shared a deluxe breakfast plus a pancakes and a soft drink for around $12. The food was great and the price was better. We were both full and the dine- in was relaxing. The staff was very friendly. Susan took our order and brought it to our table before we even sat down. She made us feel like we were special. It was another great experience.

We have been to Jack’s a lot & tonight was the best experience we’ve ever had there. Misty was exceptional & amazing plus answered all our questions about Jack’s. The sweet lady that took our order was also fantastic! Jerniya greeted us with the biggest smile & started the whole experience off right when she took our order. Great staff tonight! J team had the A team tonight!

Service today was great but it was in the drive thru. The young lady that was working the window was very pleasant and cheerful told me e thank you and to have a nice day. The time I went was 8am 12/1/25. She conducted herself the way things are supposed to be done unlike some of my previous visits. I didn’t catch her name but her attitude was great!

My family has dined here twice and got food to go once. The staff are polite and efficient and our orders have always been correct. The facility is clean. We really appreciate the kindness of the employees, that goes a long way as to where we choose to spend our money. Thank you to Jack's staff for your service to the community.
