McDonald's

This is a typical McDonald's restaurant and has all the menu items you would expect to find at such a location. The food is of the same quality as every other McDonald's I have visited. This location does seem slower than others, especially when there is no line or there are minimal crowds. You can order using the app, which gives you access to better deals and is more convenient than ordering in-person or in the drive-thru. I noticed it picks up the later it gets because this is one of the restaurants in the area that stays open later. It would not be my first choice but it will do if you need something to eat.

I really wanted to give it a zero stars if I could but that wasn’t an option. Whole order wrong -waited 20 min after ordering to even be acknowledged (while the older gentleman sat there typing away on the computer ) drove to the front window to pay explained to the older lady that the man in the first window wasn’t paying me any mind. She explained that he was diabetic and was having an episode. Got my receipt whole order was wrong only for it to be made wrong two more times had to correct the drinks 3 times to get home and have cold food 2 nuggets missing && all diet drinks. .. very annoying but very typical with this location.. you should probably look into hiring a new staff

Rude worker I asked for sweet and sour sauce and said no I’m going to charge you for another one as I put 3 in your bag I said no you did not put any in my bag and she ignored me and said I had to pay for sweet and sour sauce. She completely lied to me

Me and my family went to eat lunch and had to argue with an extremely rude worker. She was blonde wearing a yellow shirt stating “Manar” she refused to give us her name when my boyfriend asked for it. She stated “we don’t give out names” All we had asked for was a honey packet. We couldn’t get any of the workers attention, I yelled out “hey” as there was a sign saying if you need anything ask a crew member. I didn’t mean anything rude by it and the worker came over yelling and screaming that we were being disrespectful and that she was busy. We were very uncomfortable and left. No name tags worn. No gloves. My boyfriend had asked why no gloves were being worn since she wanted to be disrespectful and she told my boyfriend to worry about himself. He works in a kitchen btw and it was a simple

Pure laziness at this location. Ordered for a dine in and picked a number and sat at a table, only to be called “table 56” from the counter and all food bagged in. Can understand if they are busy but there are barely 2 tables and the two ladies at the counter are just standing and redirecting food from kitchen to the counter. The tall guy there was sweet and the only attentive person in the restaurant. We barely found a cleaned table to sit and dine in and place seem to be not cleaned since morning. Food is great , no doubt but poor service. When the order sheet clearly says dine in, atleast have the decency to put food on a tray and call the customer to the counter, should you be busy to drop food at the tables.
