I placed two separate orders for my family for dinner, waited 15-20 minutes.Qtr Chs Dlx was not made or wrong up correctly, I did not notice because I was told that I had to go around the drive through a second time just to order a drink. Which took an additional 7 minutes. Got back home to my food and all my fries are re-dropped and Lukewarm, not to mention the other sandwiches which I order for my family ended up being lukewarm to almost cold. Which I don’t understand at all. I will not be returning to this location, I don’t recommend coming here during dinner hours.

We ordered a Sausage McMuffin and a a regular Egg McMuffin. Both breakfast sandwiches had NOTHING on it but egg on one and sausage on the other. Every other McDonald's in the country has egg, cheese, and ham on the regular Egg McMuffin and the Sausage McMuffin has egg, sausage, and cheese. I called and spoke with the manager and she was very unapologetic and unprofessional. She said our order was correct. Will NEVER visit this location again.

Service was quick, friendly and accurate. The burgers were cold with unmelted cheese, but still edible. Store looked clean and organized. I'll still order from this location again.

Takes forever to get your food and then when you finally get your food it's a 50% chance that I'll be incorrect. Customer service is terrible. Language barrier is not an issue as they are bilingual but they talk about their customers in another language so unprofessional and disrespectful. The food tastes horrible it's cold most times. The price doesn't match the quality of the food. I'd say skip this location when possible. It's not worth the stress.

My boyfriend and I always go to this McDonald’s and the food is always good and they never get our order wrong! One lady who takes our order sometimes is always extremely nice, kind, and super polite (she needs a raise ASAP). Best McDonald’s in Hillsborough by far!
