McDonald's

What really sucks about this McDonald's is that is was closed for a remodel. They added nice seating and I thought it was pretty nice. In about a years time they remodeled it again to make it as uninviting as possible. Removed most the seating. Removed the soda machine. Now I have to go ask for a refill, but you intentionally removed all your front line employees so i get to stand around for 10 minutes waiting to flag someone down for it. I also used to be handed my cup when I ordered so I had something to drink while waiting because service time has only gotten slower. Now I wait 20 minutes for my food and then I can finally fill my cup after Ive got my food which I could have had done and been ready to go when I get my food. Ordered a quarter pounder because they have onion slivers. He ordered a double cheeseburger which comes with reconstituted onions. Worker must not like onion, we got none!! Such a simple order they failed on

My app hasn't been working right at all. I went through the drive through and not only were they nice and patient, but she ended up just giving me my coffee for free. Thanks again!

Cant get what you order, and they are all incapable of fixing it. Went through to get a large hi c no ice, and 2 sausage egg cheese mcgriddles. I had to go through a second time to get my other mcgriddle, and after 2 more attempts at 2 other locations i was still getting ice in my drink.

I cannot reach anybody at High Ridge location! Part of my delivery order through the McDonald's app is missing. I have tried calling the restaurant and door dash who delivered it. Nobody will answer the dang phone. Terrible service by management!
