Great brisket with a rich, smoky flavor and a nice bark on the outside. The meat was tender and juicy without falling apart, which is exactly how brisket should be. Portions were generous, and it paired well with the classic BBQ sides that Macis Prime BBQ offers! Many positive experiences I have had eating the different options on this menu. Hands down, some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had!
Macis has amazing food. More than amazing actually. They are so friendly and the food truck makes it so convenient. Best Wagu beef ever and their pork and turkey is so tender and juicy also. Can’t wait to try their chicken. Sides are perfect. You must try them. I’m addicted. They deserve 10 stars 🤩
If five stars has a flavor, this is it! Your new favorite stop. Cooked and flavored so well that it doesn’t need sauce. Treat your family, friends, and yourself…..Yeah, I know, my review sounds all fluffy, but it’s earned…. You’ll see… enjoy!
