If you decline the constant "Would you like to donate or round-up" money grab, they will purposely screw-up your drive thru order. It happens every time. This is on purpose
The lady that was handing us our food in the drive-through was just as rude as she could be. She threw ketchup at me she didn’t ask if you wanted to drink carrier. She was just rude and she left my daughter’s chicken sandwich out to save yourself and go elsewhere.
Missing a 6 piece chicken nugget order. We even double checked the burger had no cheese but didn't think we had to check the nuggets. Also got two incorrect sauces...
It’s McDonald’s. You know what you’re going to get. Tasty but bad for your food that keeps getting more and more expensive. You probably should shop elsewhere for your fast food craving.
Being parked when visiting the drive thru to wait for a burger patty at 12:20pm is ridiculous. Common trend among most McDonald's I visit is to hurry and park you to wait for something they should be able to get ready in the time it takes for you to get thru the drive thru. Should not have to park when visiting drive thru unless you're making complicated orders.
