Best library for the kids! As a nanny, I visited so many places for story time, and never find the teacher like Miss. Andrea. She knows kids development, how to manage many toddlers with fun activities. through the story time, I'm actually learning a lot of tips from her😊

The best library around! Lots of great books, computers, and movies. They also do alot of events for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults. My son is 6 and he loves coming here for story time and crafts with Miss Andrea.

I volunteer at the Hellertown library twice a week, and enjoy the experience. I'm happy to help patrons. I'd like to offer my opinions on the issues a previous reviewer brought up. Issue 1: the Librarians Talking To be honest I have noticed this one as well. I will bring it up to Robin and let her know. I personally only bring up discussions about a question I have on something for the library - not about "Donna's failed surgeries." Issue 2: The Volunteers are Rude The volunteers are quite kind. Everyone has their off days, but overall they seem willing to assist and are knowledgeable about the workings of the system and the library. I personally hope I do not come across as rude. Ive always had a pleasant experience there. One worker has helped me tremendously on the computer when i go in i believe her name is Bridget. Another time although i had someone else help me and she charged me for a copy which was an error she made but other than that they have been very nice and helpful. The voice mail should be changed. I drove down there after calling the vm and it states you were open but sat the sign said closed,you should put it on the vm. I wasn't the only one that went there.
