Nicole made my brother’s wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous and delicious! She also set up the cake for us when she delivered it. If I could give ten stars I would!

Nicole was kind enough to make My wife an old fashioned maple Walnut cake which is very difficult to find. She did a wonderful job. The icing had a sweet maple flavor and the cake had a nutty pleasant walnut flavor. This cake was exactly how grandma would have made it. Wonderfully tasty.

Absolutely awesome! So easy to work with, very friendly! Wanted a small bakery to do cupcakes for a grad party. Was looking for someone with fresh products because all the ones we found the cupcakes were not very good. Nicole did an incredible job, everyone loved them. I highly recommend and will be using her again!

I found Nichole's bakery through a Lehigh Valley GF Facebook group. I'd been gluten free for a year and missed great baked goods. I also have a sorghum allergy and many gf bakers use cup for cup mixes with sorghum flour. I started with a sampler box and was hooked! My husband ordered the chocolate peanut butter cake for my birthday and it was amazing. So glad to have this gem close to home.

This cake was a hit! Not only was it beautiful and exactly what I asked for, but it was so incredibly good. This chocolate cake tasted just like my Grandma’s used to make. Nichole was great to work with and so accommodating. Highly recommend!!
