McDonald's

March 5th lunch shift. I try to take it easy on food service workers.. my order was wrong thats not why im posting.. my order was wrong and the shift manager was just awful to staff while it was being prepared. Over heard him yelling in a belittling mannor orders around the kitchen and the over all agressive demenor. Mistakes happen thats not a big deal but watching employees i see regularly get bullied at work sucked.

We ordered a Shamrock shake and then sat in the drive through line for over 15 minutes. When we got to the window, the lady asked us what we ordered. We told her a shake and then she walked away as she still hadn’t made the shake. Then she was out of straws and had to go find some. Very slow and poor service.

I have been here a couple times, always through drive through and it never fails that something is always forgotten (usually in my child’s order). I don’t think I’ve ever been here where something isn’t missing from my order. If I’m paying for it, I want it. Tonight they forgot my child’s chocolate milk and we didn’t notice until we got home. She was very upset. We don’t get McDonald’s that often so it is a treat for her. I get we are all human and stuff gets forgotten but this is an everytime occurrence when we get McDonalds at this location. (This is not an exaggeration either, everytime) Please start checking you have everything for peoples orders. And not to mention usually the staff are not friendly at all. Placed our order for breakfast @ 10:12 AM. We pulled into the drive through line and sat until 10:32. Then when we pulled up to the speaker we were told that breakfast was over and would not be honored. Purposely made a line of people wait until breakfast was over so they didn't have to fill orders 🫠 on a Sunday no less.

Got the limited edition bacon mccrispy. This is similar to the sign on the drive thru before the order screen. Advertised with lettuce and tomato. Did not come as pictured
