Fast Service, Average Dine-In Experience I dined in at the McDonald’s in Gunnison and was impressed by how quickly my order was ready — barely a few minutes after I ordered at the counter. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the experience smooth. The food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s — decent but not outstanding. My burger was warm, and the fries were fresh, though a bit salty. The dining area was just okay. Tables were mostly clean, but the floor needed attention, and the restrooms weren’t in the best shape. It felt like speed was the priority here, which they nailed, but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere could use some improvement. If you’re hungry and in a hurry, this spot does the job. Just don’t expect much more than the basics.

We travel Highway 50 several times a year (10 or so). We stop at McDonald's for the convenience. Every time we stop, we swear it's the last time. I don’t believe the owner/management give a crap if the food is prepared correctly or if the employees are nice. Never hear a "thank you", "have a safe trip", or have a good day. You would think, if these kids/adults are preparing for a career, they would want to accumulate some work ethics. I would not hire a snotty person such as these in my business.

EDIT: We came in today, Sept 16th. We had to order from the kiosk. No cups, no napkins, straws, ketchup cups. The whole drink area was dirty. The floors are nasty. They haven't been mopped in a while. They weren't yesterday. The bathroom is still dirty, trash over flowing. There was toilet paper. They left a huge roll of toilet paper on the sink. There was barely any water coming out of the faucet. It was the only one that worked. It was pretty dirty for it being 8 am. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and trash over flowing. The employees were nice.

All McDonald's are terrible now, but this one had no customer service. When customers approached the counter the employee walked away and didn't come back. She didn't say "I'll be back in a few minutes" she didn't say, "please use the computer to order" In fact, the customers were more helpful to other customers than the employees.

Pretty Messy, just got a drink. Makes me think the kitchen isn't very clean.
