The icecreams are homemade with large portions. We orders Vanilla Bean and Chocolate in Waffle Cone and it was really tasty. Would definitely recommend

We stopped by Spenny’s Ice Cream Cart and WOW — hands down some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. The Upside Down Peach Cake flavor? SLAPPING. Like, melt-in-your-mouth, flavor-packed, summer-in-a-cone kind of good. The whole family loved it — everyone found something they liked, but that peach cake stole the show. Also, huge shoutout to the girl running the cart. You could just tell she owned it — the way she was holding it down with confidence and kindness, making sure everyone was taken care of. That cart had passion and pride written all over it. We’ll definitely be coming back. Spenny’s is a gem!

Good prices, large potions, and really great flavor options. Banana pudding, mint brownie, and strawberry were all delicious! Fast and friendly service. The line moves fast so even if it looks long, you won’t be waiting long.
