Won a free ice cream from monopoly. If the prizes was a way to promote products I don't think making them 50% the size compared to if you bought it is very appealing to someone getting it for the first time. Pathetic franchise owner need to be present a little more and speak with employees about this. No wonder they have a 3 star rating . Also fix your parking lot. It would be nice to not pop a tire trying to get something to eat

We have unfortunately stopped at this location twice in the last week due to traveling there for sports. If you are looking for "fast" food, this is not the place for you. 20 minutes for two smaller meals and 30 minutes the second time. They absolutely had staff but a few didn't seem very busy or even seemed to care.

valued customer put in a online order so it was ready in time and waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. got my food, my fries were cold and half of it was empty. i wouldn’t suggest going in on the weekends around 3-4pm this time there’s a bunch of high school kids running it and bad service during these times.. this isn’t the first problem i’ve had either.

The prices are not good. But what's worse is they give you stale food for breakfast at this location. If I order breakfast meal here I can count on getting a breakfast sandwich that is burned or a biscuit that is crunchy like a rice cake and a stale lamp warm hashbrown. All for $9!!! What a deal!!! It happens so often I kinda just gave up on McDonald's.

Writing this after an absolutely awful experience at the McDonald's located in Greenwich, a place that had consistently been worsening over the past few years, but today was horrendous. For starters, and while not the fault of those working there, the Kiosk did it's usual thing of printing a blank receipt with no information on it at all, just a white piece of paper. This is quite common for the location, as every time I order with the Kiosk I rarely get a receipt at all, and when I do it tends to be blank. Now to the part that truly made the experience horrible: the staff, a bunch of teenagers/young adults who clearly show no care whatsoever to put in work or effort toward the job or quality of the food.
