Surprisingly great! What we initially thought was a small restaurant in a small town actually was an amazing place. The bar is beautiful, cozy and rustic, has 2nd floor seating area overlooking the bar. The dining room is bright and inviting with large tables and comfortable booths. The staff is attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend for a great dinner and enjoyable experience.
This is my first time visiting Granville, and I was taken to Wallie’s — best decision made! Love the food, drinks and laughter. Kudos to Lily and Colby for making our experience amazing!
One of our favorites on our trip to Vermont that we ate their twice!! Very convenient and open till 9 when other places close earlier. Staff was so kind and friendly. Pasta and salad was really good. They have fun appetizers and tasty desserts too. We also fell in love with the products they offer in the front of their store from local farms. Thank you Wallie's for the good food and good mood!
So my gf and I recently went here and had food and some drinks and we both loved it! It has a nice pub feel. Yes the menu is small but it was really good. The beer selection was decent as well, I think they have 12 taps. Yes they could have a speciality cocktail menu but that isn’t a big deal IMO. We mostly shared apps. Clam chowder, potatoes beer kegs that I absolutely loved, and we also had cowboy bites. Picture is of the potato kegs. We will definitely be back to try some of the other things on the menu. Edit-been back a few times the menu really hasn’t gotten bigger, the hours are kinda awful and it’s expensive for what you get.
Decided to bring a couple friends to Wallies for a meal to catch up... We were seated right away, and in light of St. PATRICK'S day we all decided on our particular meals! Corned beef and cabbage, Shepherd's pie, and the Reuben were all great! Drinks were also good.
