McDonald's

Took my money but gave me no food, gave me no refund. The “general manager” is an extremely agitated rude person, I have issues EVERY time I order there. I only come for breakfast. Between ordering food last week my sandwich not arriving with the delivery-meaning we had to leave to go and pick up my sandwich and then when the sandwich was being opened up at home to be eaten-a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin without egg. Multiple times before that they have screwed my orders up which I’ve had a decent experience with the male manager. Absolutely ridiculous you sit in line for 30 minutes to an hour for your order to be screwed up, or you pay and arm and a leg to have it delivered for it to be missing stuff and cold. Dirty dirty dirty! Had to ask for them to wash where the soda and condiments were, no kids, ketchup everywhere. UPDATE: Picture included I went in last week, and went to get a soda and ketchup, nothing changed, still dirty! I understand businesses get busy and things slip a little, but it was not busy, two employees were running around joking around (which I love seeing people have fun at their jobs ☺️) one individual was in the lobby talking to friends. The condiment/soda counter had soda and ketchup all over the counter and ketchup all over everything, I asked the lady who was talking to friends, if they could please wipe the counter, I was told when they weren't so busy they would get to it, with lots of eye rolls! By the way anyone notice what's wrong with the Big Mac I ordered? No I

I spent 8.99 on two large-sized fries, but when I got home, I found that they were actually less in quantity than the medium-sized ones. Are you sure these are the large-sized ones? They weren't even filled to the brim.

Our family's burgers were completely raw. We emailed customer service and never received support or response. This was not our first negative experience and have decided it is simply not safe to eat at this McDonald's location again.

I actually have only eaten here 1 time in the past year. I do, however, pick up food once in a while for my son who lives out of town. The last time it went fairly smoothly...the time before that was not great. Long wait at the window outside and even had trouble ordering. The fellow taking the order didn't seem to understand me. I haven't been inside in months because the last time I was inside the lobby was really a mess. Hopefully, they have rectified that. It is expensive like everything else these days.
