I appreciate that Caribou workers today! They were cheerful. The young lady who took my order, suggested I try Maple flavoring in my Hot Crafted Press as I mentioned "I wanted something more" today. It was delicious!
The small details really made my experience 10/10. Just feels like they genuinely care about customers

It's a drive thru - no atmosphere. Hit and miss. The service is awesome, but I've been stiffed on drinks before. My last mocha was only 2/3 filled. Given the prices, that shouldn't happen.
