McDonald's

No monopoly pieces. I know it's limited time but I ordered something that says it has a piece and they didn't give it. On top of that the large drink didn't have a piece.

I’m not one to want to leave a bad review, tonight in the drive thru I ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun and only received a box with lettuce, and 1 of my large fries barely had any fries in it. I didn’t realize till I got home and was very disappointed after a long day at work. So I did not bother going back. I get that it gets busy, I get that you possibly didn’t make enough fries but please going forward think of how you would want your food you paid for when you receive it. All orders need to be verified before handing out to customers. So that y’all can have a more efficient shift, and don’t get backed up on orders. Unfortunately they weren’t busy but steady.

This five stars is 100% for Matthew. I was having a terrible day and he turned it around immediately. I am so grateful for him and his kindness. I hope he sees this and knows he made a difference! (Also, making caramel macchiato's was my favorite when I worked with coffee, too!)

This morning I was door dashing and had an order here. The order was several minutes late but the store was pretty busy so it was understandable. I specifically wanted to shout out to the gentlemen who seemed to be running everything. I'm not sure if he's the manager or not, and I didn't catch his name. He was wearing a high vis vest. I watched him run circles around everyone else flawlessly! He was incredibly polite to every single customer I saw him interact with. He was the only one who noticed me waiting for an order. He was fast and thorough! I wanted to tell him to slow down and take a deep breath! LOL If he's not a manager - he should be. Great job my guy!

Went through the drive thru for 3 happy meals, got home and one if the happy meals had the headset battery in it. I called the manager to let them know and all he said was oh it must've fallen in there if you can bring it back at your earliest convenience! Hell no actually I won't be bringing it back at all!!
