McDonald's

Came here 2 years ago and it was the best McDonalds I had ever been to in 5 years driving around the USA. Owner and Management...WHAT HAPPENED? Attitudes are like employees don't want to be there! Used to be a couple cleaners every day who kept the store spotless. Not anymore. Latte machine broken... Disappointing for sure.

Drive thru..let’s talk about it, some of the people that work there act like they don’t want to be there. Always with an attitude and the eye rolling when you ask a question. Than it’s like you’re bothering them when trying to place an order. More than half the time the food looks and taste like it’s been there all day. Fry’s are cold and soggy burgers dry nuggets hard. And the drinks always flat. But God forbid you tell them anything about it because the attitude is real, like if they paid for it out of their pocket. I will never go back.

Never have given a fast food place 5 stars but this deserved it! Why? Exceptionally clean All kiosks working Food prepared quickly All good prepared as ordered Salad was awesome Bathrooms were large, stocked, and clean This was our first time coming this way to our destination in Florida. I had resigned myself to just stopping at McDonald's for a quick bite. What a surprise to find a place that was comfortable, clean, and the staff takes their time to make the food well!

I travel for work, this was the worst experience at any McDonalds I have ever had. For the people traveling or living here, there are a lot of options to eat. Go somewhere else. Who wants to get treated like crap at 6:45am. Go to Chick-fil-a. Maybe they can teach that McDonalds how customer service works!

I was hungry and it was getting late so I stopped by for a big Mac. It was messy and it took a while to get. It was a little scary when I saw a guy with a pump up sprayer walking around spraying all behind the counter and where they were prepping the food. I asked him what it was and he said bug spray. Why would you do that while you are serving people? You know you have to stop when you have the big Mac attack.
