Staff is horrible! Manager is disrespectful and allows other employees to be disrespectful to guest as well. This review isn’t based off of my experience today. My experience today is very common At this Escalon location. I ordered on the mobile app today. I went to pick up my food. I waited in the pick up spot for almost 20 minutes before going inside to make sure that my order was indeed going to be coming out. The dining room was full of students from the high school that is down the street so they were busy. There was a child up at the register in front of me asking about her order and so after she was done being told that they are busy and taking the orders as they received, I quickly asked about my order And was basically told the same thing that they’re busy Which is fine and I can

I usually don’t leave reviews, but McDonald’s needs to do better. I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder — guess what was missing? The bacon. The one thing that makes it different, and they charge extra for Also did not give me the ranch i asked for. This isn’t even the first time. One time I ordered six burgers, and they only gave me two — and still charged me for the full order. It’s frustrating to pay for food you don’t even receive. Check your bag every time before you leave, and don’t expect quality or accuracy. Honestly, for the price we pay nowadays, it’s just not worth the constant mistakes.

Ordered my food in drive thru on my way to work 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles extra onions extra meat small fry 15$. Sat in drive thru for a while got my food no extra meat. Went inside and of course no one at counter finally get someone she take my bag I tell her the order was wrong (the receipt in the bag) Finally after another 10 minutes I gave up had to get to work. Very solid business plan take customer's money, mess up order, frustrate customer, keep the receipt, I'll stick to the McDonald's in riverbank.

It was a nice and enjoyable time. Haven't had that experience in a long time. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Even though the order was done through the Kiosk, the delivery was exceptional. Workers were great, especially Mgr Nancy!!!

Ordered a big Mac didn't really have any lettuce in but just a couple little pieces didn't look like there was sauce on it till I took a bite and found in one spot and not shredded over bun
