McDonald's

this is getting ridiculous. I understand being busy but I sat in the drive thru 30 minutes for 2 things, one of which came out entirely wrong! I go inside to fix it, and FALL as im going in the door. I hit the floor and the lady standing there just says its not her problem and walks away. I get up to correct my order and then stand another 20 minutes waiting to get my drink. the service here is absolutely terrible and that redheaded woman should be fired for her horrendous customer service.

I went to McDonalds and used an offer in the app. The reward was a free any size fry with the purchase of any size drink. The fry was free and the drink was 1.49 plus tax. I was charged 9.06. I called and requested a manager. He was confused even after I explained it several times. He then handed the phone to another lady that was pleasant but unable to resolve the issue. She asked me did I have a receipt. I said yes, somewhere, but I have to find it. She said since I left there was really nothing that she could do. That is crazy work! I was incorrectly charged but there is nothing that they can do?! I went online and used the contact us feature. Hopefully somebody will contact me so that they can process a refund of the overcharge. I have went other times and had no problem but this exper

I'm not sure why they insist on putting the people who don't listen or pay attention to what is being ordered on the drive thru. This is the second time I have ordered a LARGE frappé and received a smaller. Instead of verifying the size of my drink, the lady at the pay window repeats my order saying, "A Frappé." So I paid, no receipt was given. It's a busy morning. This is just ridiculous.

I love McDonald's fillet of fish sandwiches but I like them a very specific way. I travel alot to various cities and sometimes even states. Out of all the McDonald's I have been to not a single one has made my order correctly, until now. I don't hold any judgment, I know how busy it can get. But, not only did they get my order made correctly but it was fast, fresh, hot, and served with a smile. This establishment should be the model for all other's to follow. It was neat and clean. The employees were all working hard to get orders done in a timely fashion but everyone still had a smile for not only the customers but their coworkers as well. 10 out 10 best sandwich and service by far. Sincerely, #8-med-with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, extra sauce, and extra cheese.

The place was a mess, I ordered online and went in to get my order. While I was waiting for it I went to the bathroom, which was nasty. The floor by the urinals was wet and sticky. Once I finally got my order I walked over to fill my own cup of soda, the floor there was very dirty and sticky as well. When I got to my vehicle to eat my food, the fries had absolutely no salt on them and my quarter pine with cheese was a big mess. One of the patties was halfway off the bun and the cheese was halfway off in the other direction. The ketchup and mustard was all over the sides and the wrapper. The only thing that was decent was the drink that I did myself.
