McDonald's

the area was nice and clean. the food was ok for fast food. my burger was cold and even tho the lady said they were waiting on chicken nuggets, they were not hot. the wait was 25mins. the lady apologized for our wait and I had to ask for napkins which should be a given. there were people waiting on service and some workers complaining because it had just turned lunch time and people were coming for lunch. a plus was the sandwich was made right when ordering it a special way. the wait was a little long for not being busy.

Today as in 12/8/25 I always go to this McDonald’s on Monday for my lunch. This time however I did my curbside order as per usual I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out no big deal my problem with this is the lady that handed me my food 1. forgot my drink I ordered a sweet tea so I pay an extra 10c upon it being a large 2. The fries in the bag were upside down so now they are in the bottom of the bag and not in there fry holder. 3. The lady didn’t even tell me have a good day or nothing she said here you go man and walked right back inside, and I work in customer service and I know how to deal with a rush of customers this lady however does not. 4. They gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large. I will no longer be coming on Mondays that’s for sure.

We stopped in for a quick bite and was extremely disappointed in everything and everyone except the girl who took our money. She was very nice and even got our dogs a little whip cream and they LOVED that! My issue was everything else. My nuggets were clearly "re-fried" super brown, crunchy, and flavorless. My wife's burger was supposed to have no onion and instead all she got was 1 pickle and some ketchup. The burger was all smashed and weird looking. When the order was "handed" out of the window to us it was more like they tossed it in the car and the window was closed before we could even realize what was happening. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". Nothing. I will not be back here and strongly recommend you don't go there.

Bathroom was in immaculate condition when I went in. Whoever had to clean up after deserves a raise, though.

Don’t usually take the time to rate fast food places but everyone here was so nice, the place was pretty packed on a Sunday morning but they still got us our food super fast. Restaurant was clean and food was great. Figured I would share.. best McDonald’s fast food place I’ve been to in a long time.
