McDonald's

Been to this McDonald's twice now. Drive through and dine in. The drive through wouldn't serve me because I had a small trailer behind me. I was already in line. Dine in took way to long to get served and then way to long to receive my food. Poor all around service and attitude.

Been to this location 4 times since we’ve been doing work down the road. me and my husband go in to order take out for lunch and every time the employees are rude they never greet you properly they make you ask your question 3 times and look at you like you’re stupid (it’s not hard to tell someone if you have the limited time item that doesn’t show up on the main menu or not) never a polite thing to say even if you tell them thank you and have a good day they just scowl at you and every time they squish your sandwich to the point it’s not even a sandwich anymore. Idk but they need to get a grip and do better with customer service we didn’t do anything for you to treat us that way. The rudest is the older lady with shorter hair working the register Saturday November 29th around 11:45

This store is remodeled on the inside, they are gearing more towards having less staff and more automated or mobile orders. The pick-up counter is smaller and there is a mobile order pickup side for those types of orders. Seemed clean and orderly. Staff was fair, not necessarily happy about being there and not necessarily rude. I tried to be friendly with the cashier and she just went straight to business and asked what we would like to order. She had a smile not a welcoming smile, more of an annoyed, jaded smile but she was polite, at least. Ordering was fast and easy.

Slow it took twenty-five minutes waiting on my order then the employee inside behind the cash draw had a sorry attitude then was aloud to cuss me right in front of the manager on duty . Then had to wait longer wasnt worth the wait. Db quarter pounder and fry. Finally, i wish i had my money back

Lady at the front has ruined two eating experiences. We asked for our drinks and she told us we had to wait till our food was ready. Never smiled and was not friendly. Won’t be coming back. Wish I had her name because everyone else was fine.
