I have personally been a customer at this location for over 15 years, and my family has been coming here for over 30 years. Unfortunately, the customer service standards have steadily declined over time. Dismissive and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members has become a progressively worsening pattern. Management should seriously review expectations for customer-facing employees and ensure those standards are consistently upheld. The level of service and lack of basic courtesy no longer justify continuing to do business here, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward. If this reflects management’s standards, then corporate should take a closer look at this location. It is disappointing to reach this point because we are long-time loyal customers, but

Ordered pizza and breadsticks on the app came in 5 min after time it said it would be ready, only to find them just starting my order. Was told 10 minutes, 15 minutes later still waiting. They finally hollered my name then ignored me! Cashier was too worried about eating her orange behind the counter to acknowledge. I finally got snippy when she walked right past me. We have already had to start getting our wings elsewhere because here they are rocks! Is there ever going to be a time that an order is done promptly, correctly AND edible????

Ordered my pizza, was glad because one of them was my tenth and free. Go to get my pizza at the time said on the app and they hadn't even started them. Finally get my pizza and get charged for both, and was told it didn't show I had a free one. Told them I can show you my app and it says I have ten to buy to get a free one, it didn't show I just ordered 2 because I just hit my tenth. Good pizza, bad deal using the app. No manager at 6pm to even talk with either, and kids running the show.

Casey’s typically has some of the best pizza. This particular location, however, does not. My pizza was burnt and not cut all the way through. I could overlook the cutting, but come on! How do you not notice the pizza is burnt as you take it out of the oven, attempt to cut it (maybe it was tough due to being overcooked), and place it in the box? That is just bad business and a total disregard for both quality control and customer service. Word to the wise: Do not accept your pizza from here without opening the box first.

As much as I love this Pizza, and I know they just opened but this is uncalled for. I knew that they were busy with them just reopening so I called at noon to make sure that my pizza was ready. Lady on the phone was friendly and took all the information. I showed up at 4:30 to pick it up but when I went to the counter the lady took my name and went back to try and find my order. She came back and verified my name and walked off, 5 minutes later she comes back and they never started my order, in fact she couldn't find it. She told me it would be almost 45 minutes till it was done... didn't offer a coupon didn't offer anything just told me I would have to wait.
