Lapper /Irish rd McDonald's has better price and food quality. I order in lobby and they were on there phone laughing and they took there time getting to taking lobby orders. I highly recommend people to not visit M15 McDonald's.

As far as McDonald’s and fast food goes this location is great. I come out of my way to go to this one. My order is always hot and fresh, cheese melty on the hamburger, which is unfortunately rare at most locations.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. From wads of hair on a Big Mac, to odd tasting food... This morning, I witnessed a woman drop a stack of coffee filters on the floor, put them back, and proceed to toss a coffee filter on the floor only to load it into the coffee maker.... My sausage biscuits smelled odd as well. I just tossed them and will never be back. This place is beyond disgusting.

Tried the sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich. The Muffin was partially stale. The sandwich was buttery but dry, upset my stomach somewhat

I experienced racism from the younger employees and a few other black friends of mines said they did as well at this location; some guy with pink hair went to the back and hid and coughed on cookies and other employee laughed and looked back at me with the Omg face to see if I seen it. The cashier apologized to me with a refund saying she is so sorry! I wouldn’t dare come back to this place and I’m calling corporate in the morning.
