BIGGBY COFFEE

I love biggby and frequent. This time was unfortunate tho. I ordered 2 hot cocoa for my kids and they were scolding hot and burnt the crap out of my youngest mouth. Usually its always luke warm.

I love their bold coffee!! The prices are fair and you can get coupons from the local Kroger. They have great seasonal flavors also😊

Went to biggby this morning and I was the only customer there. I will usually tip a dollar each time I get a coffee. Today, after I tipped them a dollar, out loud all three employees were talking and the one girl said ,” why did she only tip us a dollar? We have to split tips , a dollar isn’t enough for all of us. It should have been $3.” No one should feel obligated to give a 50% tip each time they want to buy a coffee . It’s extremely inappropriate to complain over a generous tip that was given to someone. I didn’t have to add a tip, I made a choice to add a tip out of kindness. They should instead have been saying thank you. What is up with people thinking they are entitled to a tip each time someone walks in to buy something? And if it’s not the amount they wanted, their attitude co

I just moved here from the west where we have Dutch bros. Feeling homesick I went here and The girls hooked it up! My drink was so yummy and cute!! You seriously don't know how much this made my day. Thank you biggby.
