This location is one of my favorites! I absolutely adore the staff! Always good conversation and pleasant to order from. I can be indecisive, but they never make it awkward! So polite! The food is great portions and tastes delicious. Thank you Big John's staff for always making excellent meals for my family, serving it with a smile, and having a great attitude! We will be back!

We intended to eat at another local restaurant but left after waiting too long to be served. We had an event to go to and were running out of time. We were headed to Taco Bell when we spotted Big John’s we pulled in. The staff was friendly and our food was made quickly. It was very good. We dined in and the young man behind the counter was telling another customer with confidence that they have the best subs. He went on to say that if anyone feels they get a bad sub that it would be remade. We had great experience and made it to our event on time.

This place is terrible nowdays.. I ordered an 8" #4 (super steak n cheese). I watched the girl turn the salt Shaker upside down over my steak 2x and drown it. Then when it was cooked she recooked it till the steak was dry & crispy as a potato chip. I took 1 bite and couldn't gag it, as it was so salty & tasted like old meat. The meat was excessively salty dry, tasted old, then they dont even fill the bun. Npaid the extra for 50% more meat & it had less meat than a normal one used to. My wife not knowing this, took 1 bite of hers & wouldn't eat anymore. She thought i pulled a prank money her. The meat tasted old, way way way to salty & over cooked to then point it was dry, then short you on what you pay extra for . This is my second experience like this in a row from Davison Store.

Who does a break during dinner rush at 7pm on a Thursday? I’ve watched 4 customers come and go while I’ve waited ten minutes. I imagine big John is paying crap wages and can’t keep anyone, but this is losing money.
