Decent McDonald's as far as they go. Employees don't go over the top to be friendly, and the whole place is pretty slow. Lobby and facilities were clean. Order was accurate, and the food was actually hot & fresh - just took a little while.
Ongoing review update - Aug 13th 2025 I've been going regularly for the past month. Food and service has improved. Up to 4 stars now. (this is previous review) First photo. I asked for double quarter pounder, ketchup only. It's a quarter pounder....... Second. I asked for double quarter pounder ketchup only.....you can see what I got was not what I ordered. This was yesterday and today. How can any business be this unreliable? Good luck getting your orders right in Daleville, because McDonald's and Wendys in this town seem to literally share the employees.
No boo buckets on halloween! And apparently they think a large fry is only filling it up barely half way. No game pieces on the drinks or fries. Man this location is struggling! What happened?!
I'm not going to "pull forward" anymore. I'm going to sit right there at the window and make you eat the drive thru fine from corporate. Wanna waste my time? I'm gonna waste your profit margin. Be better.
My first visit at this location. Fast, hot food and great service. They made me a fresh pot of coffee without me even having to ask!
